I don't have the tree tin but I've bought a bundt tin ring shaped.
I've read reviews online - they recommend an open centre cake tin otherwise it's too soft in the middle.
The DC don't like fruit cake , DH doesn't eat chocolate.
I'm imagining it's a bit like a cakey brioche which would be gorgeous for Christmas Day breakfast.
Sooooo, is it lovely?
