The search for Peppa Pig Tree House

Please could anyone help me find a Peppa Pig Tree House, The only place in stock is at Amazon for £70.

My 4 year old really wants to buy it for her Peppa mad sister.

Thank you, out of stock online when I try and put in my basket though. If anyone spots please let me know. Maybe has anyone seen them in BM before I make the trek there in the hope that they might?

Toys r us said stock in Bedford if you know anyone close.

I do find that amazon seems to 'know' when people can't find things and the price goes up.

Some of the other sets look good I liked the helter skeltor on John Lewis...

We bought one from PP World in August. I think it was £40...
