Christmassy type pre christmas lunch...

Got some friends coming for lunch on Friday, one on her dinner break from work (so only an hour) and I want to cook something festive, needs to be prepare ahead and tasty.

Any ideas welcome. What would YOU want?

Turkey & cranberry pie

Or lots of nibbly bits

Soup, cheese , posh bread & crisps etc

I agree, a mini buffet then there's no pressure of sitting down at a certain time if time is tight, how's about a beef garland from Iceland
