Stand mixer with a food processor, which one?

I only really know of the Kenwood Prospero and the Tefal Kitchen Machine. Does anyone have either of these or any others they can recommend or tell me not to bother with?

Also does anyone know the difference between Tefal Kitchen Machine QA401 and Tefal Kitchen Machine QA403??

I've noticed the Tefal QA401 comes with a meat grinder but the Prosper meat grinder is an extra £38.99.
