I made my pudding on stir up Saturday. I know it is Sunday but I was too busy and excited to do it then. Suddenly realised today I forgot to steam it for 6 hours! I plan to do it tomorrow. It has sat, uncooked, for 2 weeks. Will it be okay?
On Christmas Day it will steam for 3 hours before we eat it as usual so the precooking is the important bit.
