Whats on your perfect Christmas buffet table?

Starting to put together a food shopping list for Christmas - what does everyone have on their perfect Christmas buffet table?

Following as I need inspiration!!

My list so far,

cooked ham, I might do jamies jerk ham all cinamonny and pimentoeyy

nice cheeses and crackers

crusty rolls or french stick

loads of nice pickles and chutneys

home made potato salad and coleslaw

nice lambs leaf salad

dips, and cut up carrot/cucumber/celery

pringles and doritoes

smoked salmon pate

sausage rolls and cheese and pinapple sticks

Think I may steal that list :-D

I will admit to not being a massive buffet fan but I have to do one every year. Things that go down well:

Spring Rolls, especially the duck ones
Simple Tomato Pasta or Macaroni Cheese (I put this in disposable plastic cups with a little fork)
Falafel Balls
Cod Bites
Chicken Goujons
Potato Skins
Chicken Skewers (Honey BBQ and Thai Green Curry marinades are most popular)
Tins of Sweets
Big Salad
Potato Salad
Coleslaw

And for anyone who isn't too fancy, such as my family, the prawn cocktail vol au vents or quiche go down very well.

pickled onions, gherkins and pickled jalapenos, beetroot and red cabbage
several nice breads
lots of cheeses and a few different pates
mini steak pies and a big gamey or pork pie
joint of cold pork, apple sauce, mustard etc
any other cold meat left over from christmas dinner
salaami and chorizo
crackers/cheese biscuits/munchie bites like breadsticks etc
dips eg blue cheese, honey and mustard, houmous
lots of crisps/tortillas
olives and feta mixed
huge salad
coleslaw
potato salad
fresh fruit - pineapple, melon, grapes etc
cold stuffing balls and pigs in blankets

As long as not all brown food and some salad appears I'm happy

Grilled haloummi cheese with chilli oil
veg samosas with yogurt & mint dip
stuffed vine leaves with spicy rice
veg spring rolls
bbq chicken drumsticks (equal quantities of chilli, tomato & worcestershire sauces)
Naan bread
