Japanese dressmaking doll thing

Someone on here recommended this a couple of years back. Can anyone remember the name of it? It's like Kawasaki or something! I've googled and amazoned to no avail.

It's a little mannequin and you style the bits of material.

Also is it any good for an 8 year old girl please?

Considering it for DD's birthday in summer though :o crayola do a similar thing I believe, but I don't think reviews are as good.
