I have a mini quiche craving! So I am making them but Have no idea whether I need to use any paper cases or just grease the muffin tin. Also what's the best way to grease? Thanks

I grease the muffin tin with butter and mine turn out fine. I'm no fine chef though (but I do do a tasty quiche…)

You don't need to use paper cases, probably don't even need to grease the tin because the high fat content of pastry means it doesn't really stick, but you might as well. The important thing is not to fill them too high because it's the overflowing filling that sticks them to the tin.
