Gardening hamper and a making hamper...what to put in?

One of my sisters has recently moved to a house with a nonexistent tiny garden. No grass, just some decking. I have found a book which is full of ideas for tiny gardens and want to put together a hamper with this theme. What else could I put in it?

I have bought my other sister one of Kirsty Whatsherface's books and thought I'd make it into a hamper gift too. I thought I could get all the 'ingredients' for one of the projects in the book but any other ideas?

Gardening one - a voucher for the garden centre, fashionable gardening gloves, little watering can, maybe pots and seeds. Eg grow own herbs or flowers in a pot type things. A little plaque for the garden with a motto on it. Maybe a ornament type thing, a small garden light like a lantern.

Have a look in the pound shop or B&M as they usually have inexpensive gardening items. You could get a little bird house or seed bag, solar lights and spring seeds as I think now is the time to plant certain seeds.

I love the idea of a gardening hamper. I came on to browse for ideas for MIL and I think something like this would be great. Although she has a gorgeous garden so Im not sure what she doesnt have already!
