Please help me find a Grandma present

Looking for present from DDs to MIL, Must be grandma related as they have chosen a Papa t-shirt for FIL and she would be put out.
Kids not being very helpful but not really their fault she is a nightmare to buy for. She has money to buy whatever she wants and is a designer fiend (as in owns several mulberry handbags and couldn't possibly be seen carrying anything less)
She wouldn't wear a grandma t-shirt or socks and in the past we have already given a couple of grandma mugs, the grandma engraved photo frames and an engraved grandma pen.
Any ideas gratefully received! Oh and ideally don't really want to spend more than £20.

Thunderbums Thanks for that link, saw something I never thought of before, personalised glasses case which she probably would have really liked. Unfortunately seems I've left it too late, theyre now only taking orders that will be dispatched after 6th January

not sure how old dc are but last year we got dd (4 last year) to paint and decorate a terracotta plant pot which their great grandma loved

Do you have a pottery painting place nearby? Get a vase/fruit bowl/cookie jar with all their handprints in different colours and "GRANDMA" in massive letters?

We got mil a lovely engraved handbag mirror a few years ago. Got online but can't remember which site. It was a hit. Have also got her glasses case, lipstick holder, keyring and a big shopping bag. Running out of personalized things now and totally stuck for this year
