How about a harmonica or kazoo type thingie... might stretch them musically...

How about some "vintage" sheet music for songs that may inspire her - failing that how about framing up (cheaply) some some song sheets....

I have got lots of music related stocking fillers for dd from our local music shop, if you have time to visit yours.
Everything from mugs to pencil sharpeners die cast in all types of instruments. Scarves, mugs, note pads, loo roll, piano keyboard rulers etc.

She's probably got LOADS of music related stuff. How about writing a poem with each line beginning with the first letter of her name.
