Pumpkin Patch order not arrived, is it just me or are they generally slow?

Asking here because it was mentioned on one of the Christmas threads, I ordered a few things on 19th November. No sign yet.

Has anyone else ordered and received their parcel, or still waiting?

I emailed them asking a couple of days ago but have had no reply.

They were flooded with orders with that last sale but on their FB page they apologised and said they were doing their best to get ontop of the orders / emails, hopefully you'll see your stuff soon.

I've used them for years and they have been great, they were just swamped by MSE, Mumsnet, HotUKdeals etc

I don't use them anymore as it takes them forever to get anything to you and everytime I ordered they would cancel half my order as it was out of stock but their system hadn't updated properly or something.

Last straw was then they tried to charge me £3.50 postage for £10 worth of stuff. I had originally ordered over £60 of stuff but they had cancelled the rest of it. I can't justify £3.50 postage for £10!!!

They did refund the postage but I can't be doing with the hassle again.

Mine's not arrived yet either, despite being dispatched 2 weeks ago! Tracking says it's "in transit". I won't bother again

I placed two separate orders, one on the first day they dropped everything to £10. That order arrived at the end of last week.

I placed another order a couple of days later, that hasn't come yet.

The order that arrived had everything in it should have done, plus a necklace that I didn't order, didn't pay for and wasn't on the delivery note. Excellent, a stocking filler

I ordered from the sale and it arrived after 9 days. Only one item was cancelled. Maybe I was just lucky?

I'm inclined not to bother again, I originally ordered four items. They put three on the invoice note but have only taken payment for two.

Which I haven't got yet.

Ordered once, never again. Similar problems and delays to those mentioned above. Naff quality too, like a cheap version of Next (and I really don't rate Next so that's saying something) also.

Hence I wasn't tempted in the slightest by the recent 'amazing' offer...

Got mine today! Such as it is, only the cheapest two items from the original four I ordered.

I ordered and got £80 worth of stuff for £40 with free delivery, took ages to come though but pleased with my order. Got everything I ordered
