Lidl - Potted Christmas Tree

Has anyone purchased one of these - looking for a small tree to stand in the corner of my Kitchen/Diner - for the price they look OK - considering that it would be covered with decorations etc etc etc

Are they a Leyandii in training or more like a traditional tree ??

I bought two of the £7.99 ones and have placed outside my front door.

They look splendid.

A miniature, cone shaped evergreen tree commonly known as the Dwarf Alberta Spruce.

The very slow growing Dwarf Alberta Spruce grows 2 to 4 inches per year and reaches a mature height of 7 feet and width of 3 feet in 25 years.

It likes full sun.The foliage is compact and bright green. The needles are short and tightly placed.

The ones in the store varied in height. I chose two that matched in height and business, which resulted in spending a good twenty minutes comparing them all!

Mine are almost 3ft, so a real bargain.
