What are you getting for your mum?

I'm looking for inspiration.
My mum loves perfume but has loads of it, likes to garden but has everything that a garden/gardener needs. She doesn't really like reading.

Last year me and my sister went halves on some GHD's for her and she loves them. But I am completely stumped this year.

She's 58, any idea's?

I got my mum tickets to chelsea flower show last year. Big hit!

I'm getting Mum and Dad --but mostly for mum vouchers for The Ritz so they she can have their her-- posh afternoon tea.

Her other smaller gifts are a Ktwo recipe flip file, Cath Kidston diary, sanctuary gift set and some professional photos of the kids

Last years popular gift was a large magnifying mirror on a base to help with her dwindling eye sight and doing her make up.

There was a bee house on the bargain threads ages ago that sounded like a really nice idea for a gardener, save the bees and all that.

The Chelsea flower show and the Ritz sound lovely but my mum doesn't like going anywhere :(
Even when she comes to see us she'll drink here tea as fast as possible so that she can be back home. By her own admission she is anti social, she likes being at home.

Oh bless, lets see then, a Love Film subscription or a gardening magazine subscription or maybe just a voucher from her favourite garden centre?

We are taking a family holiday to Spain next year, so I got DM two books about Brits moving to and living in Spain, to get her in the mood

A garden centre voucher is a good idea, thanks kiwi
She already subscribes to a gardening mag and Love Film.

You can see why I'm struggling can't you! Grin

She keeps saying "I don't want anything for Christmas" but there's no way that happening.

I got her a ring from Swarovski.
