Delia's Mincemeat Recipe Fans/Users Over Here Please! Is 6 tbsp Brandy really enough??

It doesn't seem enough to me there is jeffin loads of the stuff how is 6 tablespoons anyway near enough??????

If you are of the same thinkng would you mind letting me know how much you do put in before potting up??

I make Delia's recipe but half it, and 3 tbsp seems enough to me - and I like it boozy!
