Pretty pillow which fastens to seat belt - for my Mum

Hello -

Looking to give my Mum a pillow to fasten to her seat belt, and all the ones I've seen are childish, cheap looking or made of a kind of velourish material that she wouldn't like.

Has anyone seen any nice ones, please? Thinking my best bet might be a wahm who makes such things...

Could you see on the arts and crafts boards if someone would make you one? I could crochet one but if you want one sewn have an ask around?
