CBA to make any as not too keen. Don't mind the sainsburys bakery ones but need to get quite a few in. Anyone suggest a generic Mr Kipling stylee (not boozy please) that are acceptable. Ta.

The audience deep fill are 99p a box and just as good as Mr Kipling ones. The additional specially selected ones are £1.69 and are gorgeous, well worth the extra and better than Mr Kipling ones imo.

M&S standard shortcrust mince pies are lovely and are £2 for 2 boxes at the moment.

Or alternatively buy a jar of mincemeat & a few packs of sweet shortcrust pastry (or make your own pastry) & make a big batch. Then you can cook from frozen as & when needed, they are nicer freshly baked.

Ta. I wont be making my own this year (even though I have the mincemeat) as I am having the year off - I cooked for 24 last year. Also my freezer is heaving! The mince pie lovers will have to make do with the preservative packed ones!
