Lightweight (needs to be posted abroad) gift idea for almost 3yo boy?

As the title suggests I'm after something that is lightweight to be posted but fun for an almost 3 year old.

Any ideas?

Lego duplo is lightweight or a book?

dressing up outfit
plastic food (wooden is naicer obvs but too heavy) or if you have Ikea they have nice cloth stuff
jigsaw
playdough cutters etc if you think they have dough already

H&M do these really cool Superman / Batman tshirts with a Velcro on cape, totally awesome if the lad is a superhero fan, nice and light too!

Size up tho as H&M are small fitting and you want it to last ages :)
