Come on, I know you lot are a stylish bunch...
I'd like a nice necklace from DH for Christmas but don't know where to look. Bog standard high street jewellery isn't my thing. Don't want anything "funky" either. Or too bling. Just something tasteful and maybe a little bit unusual. Oh, and it really can't be too expensive. I'd hate to ask for anything costing more than £50. Any ideas?

you'll get much much more advice on Style and Beauty and they aren't in the least bit viperish at alll but some of them have rather, erm, fixed views Wink

Georg Jensen is simple, classic, but with a 'twist' to many of his designs. Although you wouldn't get anything for £50, just noticed the price range, sorry. I think the cheapest bracelet there is £75. Skagen (available at Ernest Jones) is nice, around £40 for earrings and £50 for a bracelet. I'm a big fan of Danish design, very tasteful, 'clean' but interesting styles.

Not On The Highstreet has some lovely things.

I like Oliver Bonas atm.

Definitely not on the high street. You can sort by price and limit you options to under £50 if you like and there is still plenty of truly lovely things.
