Furby Boom App need internet to work??

I've got my daughter a furby boom for Christmas and I want to get her a tablet to download the app on. If I download the app at her nannys can she use it at mine without internet as I've only internet on my mobile??? Can't find answer anywhere.

I'm not sure but I would imagine once you have the app you won't need the Internet for it to work but you will need to take it to Nanny's every now and then to update Hope that helps you.
