I have 2 nephews and a niece. Boys are 13 and 12, niece is 9.
My DbRo has form for extravagant gifts that I won't compete with and have told him that he does not need to be spending £50 on each of my kids. He is quite materialistic and "stuff" means a lot to him.
His kids are lovely and I want to give them something good rather than clothes or vouchers,
Boys are getting-
Retro popcorn holder filled with treats, an I-tunes voucher, and a retro DVD (goonies, gremlins or uncle buck)
Niece is getting
Same popcorn thing and DVD and I have gotten her a cute top that was £18, now £7 from pumpkin patch.
Will this look mean?
Dh and I are comfortable but hate going too overboard at Christmas and try and get things that people will love, use, appreciate, something they have expressed an interest in earlier on in the year. I dunno, just hate the thought of buying aWii game!
