Has Anyone Ordered From Zulily Before?

Hmm....the site looks so good I decided to order a few gifts off it. I should have read the reviews first. Now I'm seeing lots of negative comments about quality and shipping time etc. Anyone here have any experience with the site? I'm worrying about my order arriving in time.

A lot of the brands are very well known so I'm surprised at the quality concerns - would love to hear some first hand experiences.

Hey, I have ordered from zulily a few times and I do find that the items take a while in post, maybe around 4 weeks so I wouldn't rely on site for gifts unless purchasing well in advance. However, I have been really happy with the items I have bought so far. Oh and they have some lovely baby clothes. I will definitely buy from them again. Hope this helps and hope you get your order sonn :) x

I've ordered a fair amount from them. I tend to order for next summer/winter so if it takes a while to arrive, it's not an issue. I have got some very good quality things and some mediocre things too. My sense is that if it's a sale of one shop/brand clothing, then it's relatively easy to guess a the quality. If it's a mixed sale, then it's harder, so I don't often buy.

I've been ordering toys from them since September and have been quite happy (surprised too, sometimes) at the quality (been buying in £10-15 range).

The may they work to heterosexual through good prices is that they wait for all the orders, place one big order themselves with the supplier. This then has to arrive with them before being sent to you.

Last year I ordered a couple of days before their last guaranteed Christmas date. I got quite stressed as part of the order took ages to arrive, but it did (either 23rd or 24th) but they also gave me £10 credit for the stress.

I've bought childrens clothes from the site in the past. Always been evry happy with the quality, but it did take about 3 weeks to arrive.

I find that the toys that I like on the site are for sale cheaper on amazon, once you factor in the postage cost.

But its nice to see more unusual things, so I still make sure I read my daily email from them!

I've ordered from them I found the quality very good. Although they do take a long time for delivery because they come from aboard.

I've ordered from there. Like with all these sites, it takes a while to turn up, but I have always been pleased with the quality.

I order quite a bit from them, they do take a while to post and I have waited up to 5 weeks in the past, sometimes it's delivered within 2-3 weeks.

I've ordered loads.

it can take a while to arrive, but it does come eventually. I've had no problems with quality, or with returns when I've had to send things back - money has always been credited really quickly.

Thank you for all the responses! I feel much better about it. I ordered last week so still several weeks to Christmas....I wont think of it again till much closer. Glad to hear the quality has been good - as I say the sight is very attractive and I can see myself trying some further orders.
