Delia's Creole Christmas Cake

If anyone is making this I'd recommend using a slightly bigger tin than Delia recommends....perhaps the next inch up?

The cake won't stop rising - it looks like a bloody minecraft block of earth.

Oh well at least DS will be happy!

If it looks like a Mindcraft block of earth, you owe it to your DS to decorate it with grassy green icing!

Minecraft, even. Fat fingers.

And then he'll probably want me to make a few hundred more!

And it's still in the bloody oven. Waiting to go to bed grrrrrr.

And you'll have to stud it with diamonds! I'm tempted to make a Minecraft cake myself ..

It has come out completely square!!

DS was delighted this morning when I showed him.

At least I know I can use it for his birthday next year as no doubt he'll want a minecraft party.

He can't have have this one - it's too full of booze
