I'm really at a loss at what to get! I hate buying for the sake of it, and as she has an older brother and sister we do have most things that have been passed on down to her. Thinking about more playmobil (she has the small house) but not keen on the school/hospital and would want something different to the house. Or a furby, but then she wouldn't get much else.

Any ideas?

I share your pain although ds has two older sisters so can do some more boyish variations. I also look at things and think 'well he'll grow out of that in a year or two an no one to pass it on for added value. I also find that his interests are older as he wants to be like his big sisters.

What about lego which maybe the older ones can help build, scooter, mine all enjoy scooby doo so getting them a bit each in the hope they might play together with it. Any books which are new out. Craft kits (even better if her siblings can help with them instead of you! ) Pillow pet/blanket. Easier versions of presents the older ones are getting - e.g. easier science kit etc.

I noticed in Asda they're selling pretty wooden dolls houses which are quite big for about £35
