Gift idea for 79 year old aunt please

I've done all the usual things in rotation - gloves, photo frames, books, jewellery, DVD, CDs, perfume (needs to be post-able this year).

Part of the problem is that she's DH's aunt and even after 15 years I really have no idea what she likes....

How about fragranced drawer liners? Or nice toiletries? Scented candles?

Do you know if she has any hobbies?

She knits, does cross stitch and has a dog. She enjoys gardening. Might do fragranced drawer liners, thanks.

She likes Cliff Richard and Danielle O'Donnell (!) and used to be a midwife (so have done Call the Midwife book/DVDs).

Doesn't help that her birthday is end of Nov so need 2 gifts but DH has suggested flowers for that (and there's a Debenhams offer on groupon so will do that for b'day).

It may not be particularly postable, but have you thought about a yarn pot? It might help her to keep her wool in the one place and keep it "flowing" iyswim (especially if she has difficulty with tired or sore fingers)? Or some lovely warm gardening gloves?
