ELC delivery - getting worried :(

Ordered a huge order from ELC had email to say items have despatched but yesterday i only received one item phoned elc who got onto citylink couriers they could only say the other 2 boxes must be out for another delivery. .. really worrying as they are ds main presents that are niw out of stock... hoping they arent lost... has anyone experienced orders being delivered separately before?

I have had orders like that, everything has eventually arrived. I hope this is what happens in your case.

Yep I had exactly the same thing happen-I placed an order with one smallish item and one huge thing (it was the wooden rescue centre to give you an idea of size). The small thing arrived first and then the rescue centre the next day.

Oooh mine is the wooden rescue centre that is missing, as well as the wooden train set and a teaching clock, I received the big city garage...fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow x

It happens quite a lot, I think.
