Not here to publicise any supermarkets, but to outline the offers available.
Was at Lidl today and was shocked by the game on offer: duck, grouse, quails and pheasant. But why are they all in ready made meal boxes? Meanwhile Tesco shows no trace of anything gamey at the mo.
Why is game only really available at local butchers where they can charge an arm and a leg?
So let's outline who is doing a bargain:
Lidl- on game
lidl- German goodies (stollen, glühwein etc)
Tesco- parsnips
