We are looking for a realistic-looking artificial Christmas tree - anyone able to recommend a company? I have found Balsam Hill which sound fabulous, but it is hard to tell online. They do send out a sample pack but it's £19!!! And they had shocking feedback on their American Facebook page last year for customer service, so I am a bit apprehensive. The trees themselves though do look fab.
So, any personal experience of Balsam Hill, or any recommendations for other companies offering a really real looking Christmas tree.
Don't mind paying a bit extra, as they will last for many years. I do not want pre-lit.

Tia.

We have an artificial unlit tree by the National Tree Company (American) They are very good quality trees, we have a 5.5ft Dunhill fir. There are some on various garden centre websites and Amazon, if you wanted to have a look. My tree is on it's 11th year this Christmas, and has survived the cat climbing it and always looks beautiful. I should add that I bought mine after seeing it at a local garden centre, it stood out for me against the others on display, and people have been known to look twice as if they aren't sure whether it's real or not.

It's so hard to tell online, I really want to line them all up to compare them side by side. This will be our forever tree, I need to get it right!

What did you go with, in the end?
