We normally have Christmas dinner at the in-laws, but this year I want to have a traditional dinner at home on Christmas eve. We only have a combi oven so I won't be attempting to roast a turkey in there! The veggies should come out fine (I'll be doing a trial run beforehand) but I'm not sure what to do about turkey.
Any ideas? Should I just fry some turkey breasts or something like that? Or can you roast them with the veg? I have no clue :D
