I need new Christmas decorations

Thanks to this wonderful thread I've pretty much finished all my Christmas and birthday shopping to take me up to April next year!

But I'm missing Christmas shopping, so now I'm looking for new decorations to transform the house (it's our first Christmas in this house).

Has anyone come across bargainous beauties?

I'm looking for:

Mantelpiece garlands
Staircase garlands
Possibly landing garlands
New wreath for front door
7 foot Christmas tree
More silver and red baubles
A mirrored tray/baseplate for candles
Mini silver (jingle) bells
Santa legs (to be stuck up chimney)
Candy canes
Big candlesticks

I saw these gorgeous links online so this is what I'm going for:

The Christmas tree farm does 7-8ft real trees at about £60...they are worth buying IMO.

WaitMonkey · 25/10/2013 17:26

The White Company has some lovely tree decorations. There is a code for % off and free delivery on the bargain thread.

The Christmas tree Farm also has a discount going at the moment. PM me if you want it.

John Lewis, Marks and Sparks, Next and House of Fraiser always have lovely decorations in.

I've just seen the legs Shock . They look more like the witch from the Wizard of Oz legs. FC would have much chunkier legs.

The last one is just a bog standard wreath (garden centres will have them) with ribbon and baubles attached to them - you can make that in an afternoon.

Home Sense is good for Xmas decorations. I got a nice star shaped silver plate/tray the other week for candles. The do lovely wreaths too.

IKEA is also good.

GobbolinoCat · 25/10/2013 21:14

waitmonkey Grin I was just thinking the same thing about the legs.

You can't beat Costco for decorations.
