Just wanted to share an idea I just had...

Sorry if it's been mentioned before.
I am going to buy some 'paint your own coaster' sets. I then plan on dipping ds's feet and hands into paint, and then print them on the coasters. Easy home made pressies for friends and family

Thats a lovely idea alas my days of small and cute is over my ds' s size 10's will never fit on a coaster! And at 12 he maybe a bit if I try to dip his feet in paint lol

Well, I got 'the face' when I told what I intended to do to him for the Halloween party we are going to ha ha but in the name of research I'll try. Place mats...hmmmm you might be onto something!

you could maybe do it with cheap tiles? Or pieces of hardboard which would then need to be varnished?
