I love The Range but I wouldn't buy chocolate there, the shop is always boiling

Lakeland Limited for kitcheny / cooking stuff

Costco for huge decorations and rolls of paper- but they get their stock in early so my December they're onto spring.

I Love John Lewis. I've not bought any decorations there, (they do seem a bit twee).
M&S some years are lovely, some years Hmm

I love the JL Christmas decs too, I do like the way they go through the whole store.

I will have to check out Wilko for paper, not thought to look there. M&S have some nice bits and pieces too.

I had a lovely time in John Lewis buying candles and glittery bits - the best bit was that they were staffed for quite a busy day but nobody else was buying. Two beautiful men dancing attendance on me at the tills, carefully wrapping everything in tissue, no rush....

Best Christmas Shopping flurry in a while.

The Liberty Christmas shop is just breathtaking. I could live there...glitter and sparkle and so many fairy lights.

The Range was DS's favourite shop when we lived in the UK, and since then has always been known as "The Christmas Shop"

I used to have to prepare my 20 reasons why we can't have a complete lit up Victorian Porcelain Village set/family of inflatable snowmen in our house before heading in. Grin

Libertys & Fortnum & Mason have lovely seasonal displays

Guitargirl · 22/10/2013 07:42

Another vote for Libertys here, I spent a very pleasant time there one morning a couple of weeks back

Thanks for reminding me re Liberty, will def check that out. I went once many moons ago and it was gorgeous.

I do like F&M displays too and just walking round the shop, its just been shoulder to shoulder rammed when been there.

Have not heard of the Range, so will also check that out!

The Range isn't a place of beauty and inspiration lol, just OTT on Christmas things!
