Which scooter for for 7 year old with delayed motor skills?

HI my son is 7 and can't ride a bike and struggles with 2 wheeled scooters, he really wants a bike or scooter but the only ones that he can ride are the 3 wheeled scooters that are too small.

I have been looking at the maxi micro and it looks like DS would be able to ride it, but what age is it aimed at? Is DS too big at 7, he is very tall so more like an 8 year old in height.

I think the maxi micro is suitable from 6 to adult.
