Sweet - gingerbread, brandy butter, small cake, Xmas pudding, Xmas preserve, chocolates, mini Yule logs, mince pies, cinnamon sticks and a nice basket

Are they to be sold to raise money?

I'd do a hamper for a cat or dog. A toy or two, some treats, maybe a collar or lead.

Either that or a hamper with all the ingredients for a gingerbread house and some printed out templates and instructions.
