Disappointed at Tesco's club card boost ( no double up on all toys ).

Just picked up the catalogue in store, just having a look through and it says that they are only doing double up ( calling it club card boost ) on selected items, so I flick through to the toy section and hardly anything is included ( a few baby toys, no lego, playmobil or anything remotely good ). I have been saving my points for Christmas and now I have nothing to buy with them, very disappointed in Tesco's Sad

What catalogue is this?

Tesco Christmas catalogue ( the little ones you can get on the way out the door ), there might be more toys on the offer online but by the looks of things there's nothing that good included.

I just spoke to Tesco customer services... they say the first week of November they will know if toys will be included in the boost this year. At the moment they do not know what departments will be included in the boost.

HTH :)

In the catalogue the only toys on the offer are a few brands of baby toy (they are marked with a red present symbol), at the front of the book it says * look out for additional Christmas categories added to the clubcard boost from October the 28th. Seems they are going to do different offers each week? but nothing like last year, will just be selected items so you can just go in and change all your points and pick up lots of things Sad, there prices are very high too, some of the toys are almost twice as much as they are on Amazon, the one item I was after is £50 in Tesco and £30 on Amazon so I wont be bothering if it comes up on the clubcard boost.
