I've looked at Argos and all they have left are small sizes for 3-4 year olds, I'm looking for a really pretty girly nightie for an 8 year old.

Any ideas?

Dd has some nice ones from H+M, and Sainsbury's, and John Lewis.

Boden do nice cotton ones, but the price always puts me off.

Boden ones are lovely though. Mine have had theirs for over two years and they are as good as new.

I bought dd2 a Boden one at a 'boden town hall sale', they are very good quality, she has worn it a lot and it always washes well (unlike the boden pj's), very expensive though but there are often codes about for money off and free delivery.

Thanks ladies, have just looked at H&M and Boden, they have nice pyjamas but no nighties!

John Lewis has lots, too.

As does M&S.

Can you tell I'm putting off work?

Laura Ashley have a couple of styles, 100% cotton, reasonably priced with discount at the moment compared to most cotton nighties I've seen.

Madamecastafiore · 07/10/2013 20:29

Feather and Black do nightwear that is really nice and fab quality.

CherryMonster · 07/10/2013 20:33

do you know, i would like to find proper white cotton traditional nighties for my dd's in size 9-10 and 10-11 if anyone is up for a challenge?

barleysugar · 07/10/2013 20:33

Oh thanks, don't know how I missed the Boden ones when I looked! They are lovely. Looks like I'm spoilt for choice now!
