M&S Xmas food

I had planned a Xmas day buffet with party food rather than cooking traditional dinner. But the party food selection is a bit, well lame. Do I just surrender and do the turkey thing?

If buying from marks and spencer then yes. It will all come ready prepared so you are just cooking through so possibly a good option. Buffets need a lot of looking after, space in the fridge etc.

Get the M&S xmas meal deal instead, you get all your main meal bits plus cheese & pud for about £100. Bunge it all in the oven & forget about it for a few hours. Buffet items need exact timings & lots of fridge & oven space unless you do a carvery type lunch, mix of hot/cold meats & items.
