Help! What do I get for friend's DDs aged 2 and 7?

I am stuck with what to get my friend's DD who will be 2 at Christmas. I have been looking and lots of toys seem to be for ages 3 upwards. I can only spend up to £5 on this.

I'm also stuck with what to get her DD aged 7 as everything I look at seems very babyish. Same sort of budget.

I'm great at 4 to 5 year olds, I just seem very stuck at the ages either side!
