I love tinsel and coloured fairy lights

I have clear lights with multi coloured sweetie theme baulbauls. Its lovely, but I long for the coloured fairy lights, multi coloured tinsel and macdonalds happy meal baulbaul tree of my own childhood! Darn my husband and his obsession with theaming!

Me too. I fricking love the smell of tinsel, it makes me get very emotional thinking about Christmases years ago.

Yes, me too! Coloured lights on the tree but a string of clear ones to go round the bookcase. We have an assortment of non-matchy decorations too. Some wooden, some naice glass, some Asda baubles etc. But the tinsel has to be silver.

Inside has to be coloured. The outside lights have to be white. They really do look better on the outside,dont know if its cos they show up better or what. Oh and there is no such thing as too much tinsel DH glaring at you here :o
