What are your 5-6 year old boys asking for for Christmas?

My ds has only asked for a boomerang for Christmas, in sharp contrast to last years list as long as his arm. He's at a loss, I'm at a loss. I've got him a pack of boomerangs, as they'll all be thrown over the fence by the time we're eating our sprouts. What are your boys going crazy for?

James My Ds is exactly the same hasn't a clue who the Power Rangers are thank god , I just tell him to ignore his friends if they take the Mick for him playing with Thomas the Tank not that he does

Think ill be getting him a micro scooter apart from that i haven't a clue

My friends 5 year old has already asked for more Zoobz/knex and a pirate ship. Shes also getting him a superman costume and sone more sue hendra books. He loves them!

Trying to think of popular presents from previous Christmas/birthdays... Scalextric, Hot Wires electronics, magic set, globe, air hockey, football kit, football goal (for the garden), pinball machine, robot, remote control helicopter/car, EZ Fort, pogo stick, scooter, bike.

Am thinking a cheaply tablet isn't going to cut it compared to my IPad however...argh

DS(5) doesn't really ask for anything, but I've gathered that he'd quite like a Pillow Pet and something Scooby Doo. I'm also going to get him an Abney & Teal DVD and the Playmobil camper van.

He says Lego, but in reality he only likes it if I build it for him so he can play with it like a playmobil set.

Gross science kit, trash pack sewer thing, Lego crater creeper, playmobil pizza shop and ice cream stall so the pirates can have a party , jelly belly sweets and dispenser!

Ds wants a 'rock' guitar,microphone and drumkit (have got him a paper jamz guitar), lego 3ds game and harry potter 3ds game (got), skylanders swapforce (have got but it was me that told him it was coming out as he loves skylanders), a puppy (not happening) and anything wrestling related (have got him a few wwe stocking bits).Main present is a 3dsxl which he will not be expecting so hopefully will be a nice surprise (he wanted the Ds games but doesn't understand they won't work on his dsi,meanwhile he has to share his dsi with dd on long car journeys as she loves it so am going to pass that down to her.have got him some more educational smaller bits like doodle book,new colouring pens, a dinosaur excavation kit (went to natural history museum recently and we were teaching him about fossils etc so hopefully he'll like it) and pjs/slippers.

DS is 7 and wants Skylanders Swapforce and some rollerblades.
