Oooohh - found the Christmas threads and getting excited now;)

DD2 will be 22 months at Xmas and gets so much handed down stuff, clothes, toys etc from her big sis, and we don't have much space for extra toys or buying two of everything. Any ideas v gratefully received. Thanks

DD just turned 2yo and is getting this for Christmas:

She's also getting a pushchair or pram for her dolls because she's wanting to walk outdoors but wants to take her dolls with her and I end up carrying them.

Thanks Bearfrills, this looks great. Your little girl will love it. Unfortunately dd1 has already got something similar - I think Happyland Rose Cottage - which they both play with. They're close in age so tend to play with the same stuff which makes it tricky to find something new and special for dd2. Though I am wondering about buying a little pram as they 'share' a little buggy at the moment.

Oooh my DD will be 22 months at Christmas too!

So far;
Wooden tea set (painted with strawberries sooo cute! !)
Wooden puzzles in personalised wooden box (the puzzles where you fit the shape in)

My mum's getting her one of those Little tikes red cozy coupe cars. She goes CRAZY for them if we go anywhere where someone has one!!

A buggy could be a good idea - my DD has a pram type one and she loves to push it everywhere

Yes, a tea set! DD has a tea set and plays with it all the time, she even sits and chatters to the cups and ropes us all in to play along. Tea sets are fab.

My Little Pony? DD is mad for 'the horsies' and happily does clip-clop noises and combs their hair, they're meant to be 3+ but I just hide any accessories that are small enough to swallow.

A nice doll? I'm expecting DC3 so DD is all for babies at the minute and loves looking after 'her' baby, I've seen one in Argos that drinks and then wees on the potty so was thinking of getting her that.

Bath toys always go down well here, especially ones that stick to the tiles. Vtech do a purple octopus one (think its called Octotunes or Octobubble or something like that) that plays music and blows bubbles.

An aqua doodle or colouring in things?

Playsilks. Probably the mist used toy in my house, loved by babies through to 7 year olds.
