Apps and books for DSD's kindle fire?

DSD (6) is getting a kindle fire for Xmas. It's 100 miles each way between her mums and ours so we wanted her to have something to do on the journeys.

What apps and books should I pre load onto it for her? I want her to open it and be able to play straight away rather than wait for us to download things for her.

I did this last Xmas for my DS (7) so that he could just open it and play straight away. To be honest though it is so quick to set up that I could have got away without doing it. Angry birds, cut the rope, ninja fruits, temple run, bad piggies, minecraft, free flow are all fab and I think most of these were free
