What Christmas gifts could I make with Rosemary, Sage or Mint?

We have an abundance of Rosemary, Sage and Mint in the garden and I was pondering what I could make now or at Christmas time to give away as gifts and wondered if you folk had any good ideas?

Or I guess you could give mint jelly a go ? Wouldn't have a clue how to do that though

I like mint in cocktails so mint sugar sounds like the sort of thing that might work for drinks?
