I REALLY want one - can anyone help?

Sprouts and sturdy wire? Poke a hole with a skewer then thread it onto the wire and form a hoop? You'd need a few to intertwine them.

Did it have ribbon or glitter?
(I do an ivy wreath with long strands of garden ivy sort of twisted into a large loop and a ribbon to tie/hang it up).
Very pretty and basically free.
