How long dies Baileys keep for?

Really fancy a wee nip but it's been in the cupboard since last Christmas...

Has it curdled? I think it should be ok if not....

I opened a bottle that said it went off November 2011 and it was fine - it lives in the kitchen which is usually pretty cold so it's kept well.

It does have a use by date on it. My bottle went out of date in september 2012, but Ive been drinking it and its fine.
