Arf, I saw them advertised and thought "Wtf"

Wallace · 25/12/2012 12:29

I love a good foot massage, but nobody ever offers and these look the next best thing.

Sure there is something I'm supposed to be doing now, mind you...

Oh yes! Chrismtas Dinner! Xmas Grin

oooggs · 25/12/2012 12:44

I did Grin

Well I got them yesterday for my birthday!!

BRANdishingMistletoe · 25/12/2012 13:29

I doubt they are the next best thing to a foot massage, I think those sandals with the nubby bits are probably closer to the real thing. I will give it a fair go, but I suspect it's far less effort to just bend over and wash my feet as I currently do.

I am completely in love with my slippers (that I asked for). They are duvet slippers, filled with down and with what feels like a memory foam sole. They hardly weigh anything and are so warm and soft. They make me look old enough to need a Shower Feet but I don't care. Grin

The slippers are Paul Costelloe (posh designer) at Dunnes (cheap Irish chainstore). I saw them last year just before Christmas and really wanted them and thought I would get them after the Christmas rush, but of course they were taken off the shelves. So I had to wait until this year and add them to my wishlist.

I'm not sure what to do with my Shower Feet. If I put it in my shower then my H might use it too and the thought of scrubbing my feet through his dead skin makes me feel a bit queasy. I will probably just leave it on a shelf in the bathroom until the next time I put my back out.
