I'm cooking the turkey today to save on a job tomorrow and also so I can get the carcase to make stock for soup. I was working from home so stuck in and it seemed a good use of time. However, it smells so good and we have nothing particular in for dinner tonight - kids are already saying lets have christmas dinner tonight - very tempted!!!
