Jacket potato station here too this evening - crispy bacon and sweet corn with goats cheese and walnut salad.

Maybe fish cakes on boxing day - in freezer so we'll see what we fancy as it's only us.

My parents and my sister are coming over tonight and we'll be getting the traditional Christmas Eve Indian Takeaway. Over MILs tomorrow for Christmas dinner and then we'll be doing a party food buffet type thing on Boxing Day for whoever feels like popping over. Lots of yummy stuff including a lovely Camembert wheel I shall be roasting with cranberry sauce, which no one else likes so I shall be gorging myself sick on... Xmas Smile

Tonight we're having pulled pork sandwiches made with homemade cheese rolls. On boxing day we're going to the in-laws for something delicious, I'll try not to think longingly of our fridge full of leftovers.
