Miracle on 34th Street (can't abide the original, has to be the 90s version)
Christmas With The Kranks (although not so exciting for DCs I guess)
Die Hard (again, not for kids!)

Miracle on 34th street - I believe!! Gets me in the Christmas spirit every year :)

Whatever you do don't get Elf Man its the most dire film I have ever seen in my life.

prep and landing is great, I love the bishops wife with david niven and cary grant. usually we look on youtube for a clip of the film before we buy them to see if they are any good.

Miracle on 34th street with Richard Attenborough is the best Christmas film ever bar none.

Fully agree about the 90s version of 34th Street - watch it every year after doing the decorations

Ahh I dont have a favourite but I watched "white Christmas" yesterday and it was lluuvverrly!

The Polar Express - watching it right now!

Holiday inn, wonderful life, Christmas carol. More modern ones are Hook and Love Actually. Just watching Love Actually now, I bloody love it!!!

I have a soft spot for Scrooged, but it depends how old your DCs are. Otherwise, Polar Express, Muppet Christmas Carol, Miracle on 34th Street, Arthur Christmas are all good. DD has also been enjoying the Santa Clause (1 & 2), Elf and Snow Buddies.

My favourite is Scrooge, the black and white version with Alastair Sim, the coloured version of the same film is awful, makes me wish Tiny Tim had kicked the bucket :o
