We are having panettone and stollen instead of Xmas pudding this year but I have just realised I have no idea how to serve panettone. Hot /cold /cream /ice cream ? What do I actually do with it ?
Also does port keep ? I need a bit for a recipe and will have nearly the whole bottle left. Will it keep for next year ! It has been in out cupboard for 5 years unopened already .
